Premium forged brass valve body features excellent thermal conductivity and moderate corrosion resistance, cost-effective than stainless steel version, ideal for steam, hot water, compressed air and neutral fluid pipelines, stable under frequent switching conditions.

Y-type angle seat structure brings large flow capacity and low fluid resistance, effectively avoids water hammer phenomenon, with self-cleaning function, not easy to block by tiny impurities, suitable for high-viscosity and particle-containing media.

Equipped with high-temperature resistant PTFE/PPL sealing, working temperature ranges from -30℃ to 180℃(PPL up to 220℃), PN16 working pressure, bidirectional tight sealing with zero leakage.

Support single acting (normally closed/normally open) and double acting two control modes; single acting adopts spring safety reset design, automatically cuts off when air supply fails to protect pipeline equipment. The pneumatic actuator can rotate 360° for flexible installation in narrow space.

Standard BSP/NPT internal thread connection, size covers DN15/DN20/DN25/DN32/DN40/DN50, widely used in textile printing and dyeing, food sterilization, laundry equipment, heating, water treatment, beverage filling industry, OEM & ODM customization is acceptable.
